Clark S. Willingham practices in the areas of legislative representation, business organizations, asset protection, estate planning and agricultural law. He has extensive experience in state and national not for profit organizations and associations. He has served as Chairman of the American Bar Association’s Tax Section Agriculture Committee, and as President of the Texas Beef Council, the Texas Cattle Feeders Association and the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association. He currently serves as a Trustee and Treasurer of the Texas Agricultural Land Trust and the National Cattleman’s Foundation.
Mr. Willingham received his BBA (accounting) from Texas Tech University. After working with a national accounting firm in Dallas, he received his JD and LLM (Taxation) from the SMU School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 1971 and is a member of the American Law Institute, American Bar Association, State Bar of Texas (Tax Section), the Dallas Bar Association (Probate and Estate Section) and the Dallas Estate Planning Council. Mr. Willingham was born in Houston, Texas in 1944.
