General Business Litigation

The firm represents clients in litigation involving rights and obligations under business contracts for providing or accepting services or the sale and purchase of products. We have also represented clients in actions involved in breach of contract, tortious interference with contracts and prospective business relationships, business disparagement and actions involving corporate and partnership interests. The firm has also been involved in matters relating to jurisdictional disputes and the rights of parties to sue or be sued in the state of Texas. Most matters which go to litigation are ordered to mediation by the courts, and the firm represents its clients in the mediation process to attempt to achieve an acceptable resolution of the dispute.
