Mr. Hall received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004, and received his Juris Doctor and Masters of Business Administration from Texas Tech University in 2007.  Mr. Hall is currently licensed to practice in Texas and is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Dallas Bar Association.
