Real Estate Litigation

Real estate transactions relating to: the negotiation and documentation of purchase and sale transactions, leases (representing both landlords and tenants), financing (representing both borrowers and lenders) and easements; and title issues.

The firm represents both landlords and tenants in litigation relating to primarily commercial leases, both as to the rights and obligations of the parties to the leases, and in regard to the right of possession of the parties to the leases. Litigation also relates to the rights of parties in contracts of sale and for services related to real estate or construction, and in rights and obligations under transactions involving debt secured by real estate, and in enforcing or defending against mechanics liens.
